DREAMHOOP IN-GROUND BASKETBALL RING SYSTEMS

DreamHoop basketball systems come in 3 boxes. Some of the boxes are long and heavy so a trailer or large ute is required. If you would like to pick a system up please call us on 1300 690 991 to arrange a time (this is not available in every state). Otherwise please allow 3-7 days for Rings to be dispatched, depending on what state you are ordering from.

Ring systems can be shipped directly to your door or picked up from our Melbourne warehouse. Please call us on 1300 690 991 if you would like to arrange a time to pick up your order.

DREAMCOURTS BASKETBALL COURTS

Courts can be shipped directly to your door or picked up at one of our distribution centers located in Adelaide, Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Please call us on 1800 957 375 if you would like to arrange a time to pick up your order. Courts if in stock are dispatched with under 7 days.

PLEASE NOTE:

Our rings and courts are dispatched sometimes from different locations and will be received as different deliveries. If you would like to pick up your order, be advised that our pickup locations for rings and courts are also different.

We are not locked into a specific freight company and always look for the best price to get you a court or ring system at the cheapest price.

In some cases, delivery costs may be decreased if someone is able to help the delivery driver unload the courts or ring systems.

DreamCourts reserves the right to change shipping and delivery charges at any time.

RETURNS POLICY

Change of mind policy

DreamHoop Ring Systems

Our DreamHoop Ring Systems come with a 7-day change of mind return policy, commencing from the date of delivery. If you change your mind about your DreamHoop Ring System, you may return it to us for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • You are responsible for paying any delivery costs associated with returning the DreamHoop Ring System to us;
  • You must provide a proof of purchase with the returned DreamHoop Ring System; The DreamHoop Ring System is unopened, unused and in its original condition with all packaging still intact; and
  • You are responsible for a $95 restocking fee to cover the costs associated with thereintegration of the DreamHoop Ring System into our warehouse.If you wish to return your DreamHoop Ring System for change of mind, please contact usdirectly at enquiries@dreamcourts.com.au or on 1300 690 991.
DreamCourts Sports Tiles

Due to the custom nature of DreamCourts sports tiles, DreamCourts is not able to offer customers a refund or exchange on its sports tiles for change of mind.

Express warranties

Some of our products come with express manufacturer warranties provided by the manufacturer of the products. For further information about these express manufacturer warranties please visit our Warranty Information page.

DreamCourts will assist customers who wish to make a warranty claim with the manufacturer of any products. Customers who would like our assistance in making a warranty claim can contact us directly at enquiries@dreamcourts.com.au or on 1300 690 991.

Consumer Guarantees

You have consumer guarantees that cannot be limited by us and our change of mind policy and any express manufacturer warranty does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is not of acceptable quality, does not match its description or is not fit for purpose, you may be eligible for a refund, exchange or repair and in some cases compensation for loss ordamage.

If you have purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for areplacement or refund.If you have purchased a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair (if practical) instead of a replacement or refund.

Products returned under consumer guarantees can be returned within a reasonabletimeframe subject to also providing us with proof of your purchase. When returning or exchanging afaulty, damaged or incorrectly described products, DreamCourts may arrange return postage on yourbehalf or refund reasonable postage costs upon presentation of a postage receipt, subject to ourconfirmation that the product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly described.If, upon inspection, the product is found not be faulty, damaged or incorrectly described we mayrequire you to pay for the cost of the return postage.
